Letters to the Bankruptcy Court

If you wish to write a letter to the court expressing your love of KDHX and your desire to see it remain an independent FM community radio station in St. Louis, you should feel free to do so. Here’s more information:

In the letter, include the following information near the top of page:

Case: Double Helix Corporation Case # 25-40745

Refer to the judge as “Honorable Judge” or Judge Kathy A. Surratt-States.

Include your printed name, signature (in ink) and date at bottom.

Letters may be typed or written longhand.

Letters must be mailed or dropped off. No email.
